Lightweight, quick-drying thermal jacket for maximum warmth with minimum weight
Discover the men's Challenger AIRFLAKE jacket - a lightweight, quick-drying thermal jacket with an impressively small packing volume! This jacket was developed to provide maximum warmth with minimum weight.
The outside of the jacket is made from ultra-lightweight 15D polyamide with a special DWR finish to keep out light rain.
The filling of the jacket consists of AIRFLAKE fibres, which are made from 100% recycled polyester and are the synthetic equivalent of duck down. The fibres are just as light and fluffy as down and have a comparable thermal capacity, but recover completely after being compressed or getting wet and - unlike duck down - return to their original state when unpacked or dried. So you can be sure that the jacket will retain its insulating properties even after many uses.

- 2 HIGH LOFT & FAST DRYING: The AIRFLAKE fibre prevents rapid heat loss. It controls heat dissipation even when wet, repels water, quickly wicks away moisture and retains its original shape.
- 3 EXTREMELY DURABLE: AIRFLAKE fibres show almost no loss of volume after 30 washes. Compared to normal polyester, they also score highly in terms of compression and recovery.
- 4 EASY TO CARE FOR AND TRANSPORT: Products with AIRFLAKE filling can be easily washed and dried at home if necessary and have a small packing volume thanks to their compact structure.
