The Atomic Backland Tour is a practical and super-light pin binding for touring. Like all Backland models, it is incredibly robust and at the same time easy to handle: the patented step-in aid on the toe piece automatically positions the boot correctly for clipping in. The two climbing aids can be folded forwards independently of the toe piece and offer three walking steps: 0°, 7° or 13°. QuickFlick climbing aids on the rear toe are easy to operate with a pole or hand. Turn the ION heel in either direction to lock the walk mode with either hand. The snow-clearing channel prevents snow accumulation and unwanted early releases. The heel AFD ensures consistent release for all boots, regardless of sole type.
