Heated, waterproof ski gloves...
Heater Gauntlet was developed for skiers who prefer to spend a wonderful day of skiing without freezing fingers. Thermal glove made of robust goatskin with weatherproof softshell on the top. A CZone membrane protects against slush. The fleece lining with synthetic filling insulates and wicks away moisture.
On cold winter days, heating elements on the fingertips help to keep fingers warm*. The three-stage heating can be quickly and easily adjusted in the Hestra logo on the top. This includes replaceable and rechargeable batteries as well as a charger and the Hestra Handcuffs (hand loops), which prevent the glove from being lost. Velcro fastening on the inside of the wrist and battery pocket in the cuff.
Ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities on cold winter days - whether on the piste or off-piste. Also available as a mitten.
HEATING TIME: Low: 10 hours, Medium: 5 hours, High: 2.5 hours.
*NOTE: At the highest power level, the heat of the heating elements corresponds approximately to body temperature, so that the hand's own heat is supported without the glove feeling hot. This heat support, in conjunction with the insulation in the glove, helps to keep the fingers warm.
The right size is important for the heating elements to function optimally. If the glove is too large, the distance between the heating elements and the fingertips is greater, which reduces the warmth. If you have very narrow hands, you may need to choose a smaller size. Alternatively, a heated inner glove can also be combined with a conventional ski glove.
To test the heating function, fully charge the batteries and set the heating system to the highest level. After a few minutes, put on the gloves. You should now be able to feel a distinct warmth on all fingers. Leave the heating function switched on at the highest level and check that the heating system LEDs light up for approx. 2-2.5 hours (applies to 4000 mAh battery pack).
