1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all orders, deliveries and services of Andrist Sport AG.
By placing an order on our website, by telephone or on site, you agree to these GTC.
Deviating agreements are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by Andrist Sport AG.

2. payment methods
We offer you the following payment options:

• Twint
• MasterCard
• VISA Card
• PostFinance Pay
• PayPal
• Prepayment (e-banking)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

For orders with the prepayment (e-banking) payment method, you will receive our bank details in the confirmation email or under the payment section.
Orders are processed and delivered after receipt of payment.

3. shipping costs (Switzerland & Liechtenstein)

• From an order value of CHF 50, we deliver free of charge by B Mail.
• For orders under CHF 50, we charge a packaging and shipping fee of CHF 10.

4. minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.

5. express deliveries
Express deliveries are only made on express request.
The additional costs are borne in full by the recipient.

6. warranty
Warranty cases are handled directly by the official partners of Andrist Sport AG.
Please contact us in advance by e-mail at shop@andrist-sport.ch so that we can clarify the further procedure.

7. exchange, right of return & cancellation
If you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:

7.a. Notification of return

• Send us a request by e-mail within 6 days of receipt of the goods (postmark counts).
• After confirmation from us, you can return the item.

7.b. Conditions for returns

• The goods must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
• Returns must besent by registered post.

7.c. Refund

• Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the amount paid by you minus our shipping costs.

7.d. Exceptions

• Items that have already been used cannot be returned.
• Customised productse are excluded from cancellation.

7.e. Damaged delivery:
If the goods have been damaged during shipping, please report this within 48 hours of receipt by e-mail to shop@andrist-sport.ch .

7.f. Refusal of acceptance:
If consignments are not accepted by the recipient, all shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

8. damage during transport
Damage that occurs during shipping must be reported immediately to the responsible office (e.g. post office or shipping company).
Please inform us in parallel by e-mail.

9. price, colour and specification changes
All prices are subject to change.
We reserve the right to make changes to colour, price and technical specifications at any time.
Misprints and errors excepted.

10 Delivery (Switzerland & Liechtenstein)

• The majority of our product range is in stock and is ready for despatch within 24 hours.
• The regular delivery time is 2-3 working days.
• If an item has to be reordered, the delivery time is extended by 3-4 working days.

Liability for delivery times:

• We are only liable for delivery times that have been expressly confirmed as binding in writing.
• If a binding delivery deadline is exceeded, you can set a reasonable grace period or withdraw from the contract.

11. data protection
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously.

• The stored data will be used exclusively for order processing and will not be passed on to third parties, except to service providers such as the post office or haulage companies required for delivery.
• Credit card information is not stored.
• We use cookies to simplify your shopping experience.

12 Offer and conclusion of contract

• The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
• A contract is only concluded when we confirm your order in writing by e-mail.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

13. unavailable items
If an item is no longer available, we will inform you immediately and suggest an equivalent replacement.
If you do not want a replacement, we will refund the amount already paid in full.

14 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

• Swiss substantive law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Klosters, Switzerland.
