1. Payment methods
You have the following payment options:

After receiving your order with the note prepayment (e-banking) you will find our bank details in the confirmation email or under "Payment". After receipt of payment we will send you the ordered goods immediately.

2. Shipping costs (Switzerland/Liechtenstein)
We deliver from an order value of CHF. 50.- PORTOFREI to your doorstep. For orders under CHF 50.- we charge you a packaging & delivery fee of CHF. 10.- (B-Post)

3. Minimum order value
We have no minimum order value.

4. Express
Express deliveries will only be made upon request and the costs will be borne by the recipient.

5. Warranty
Warranty cases are handled by the official partners.

6. Exchange / right of return / right of withdrawal

If you do not want to keep an article, write us a request by mail and we will confirm the right of return. Send us this article within 6 days (dispatch postmark) in perfect and unused condition in the original packaging by registered mail back for credit. We will refund the total amount you paid minus our postage costs.
We guarantee our customers the delivery of products in perfect condition. Please note that we therefore cannot take back used items.
If the goods were damaged during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours by email info@onlineretail.ch.

Refusal to accept: The complete postage costs will be charged to the buyer.

7. Damages
Damages, which occur on the dispatch way, must be reported immediately to the delivering authority, e.g. post office, railroad etc..

8. specification changes
Price, color and technical specifications are subject to change at any time. Errors in price and technical specifications excepted.

9. Delivery (Switzerland/Liechtenstein)
Most of our assortment is available from stock and ready for shipment within 24h. We always try to deliver the ordered goods as soon as possible within 2 to 3 working days. If we have to reorder the desired item from one of our partners, we need an additional 3 to 4 working days. Shipping in Switzerland takes 2 working days.
We shall only be liable for compliance with the shipping and delivery deadlines specified by us if these have been expressly designated as binding by us on the order confirmation. If a binding shipping or delivery date is exceeded, the customer is free to set a grace period or immediately withdraw from the contract.

10. Data protection articles
The data stored by you are used exclusively for a more comfortable order processing, so that you do not have to enter these again with the next purchase (Cookies). Credit card numbers are not stored. Your data will neither be sold nor made available to third parties, except for possible subcontractors for the purpose of delivery (parcel post or freight forwarding).

11. Validity of the conditions
The deliveries, services and offers of Online Retail GmbH are made exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again. With the order of the goods or services, these terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted.

12. Offer and conclusion of contract
Orders are binding for Online Retail GmbH only after written confirmation. These will only be made at the express request of the customer. We reserve the right, without giving reasons, not to execute an order.

13. No longer available articles
If we can no longer supply an article, we will contact you and suggest an equivalent replacement. If you do not find a replacement, we will immediately refund the amount already paid.

The place of jurisdiction is Klosters.
