Availability
The majority of our product range is available from stock and ready for dispatch within 24 hours ready for despatch. As a rule, you will receive your order within 2 to 3 working days.

Direct delivery from the distributor
If we do not have an item in stock ourselves, we will order it from the distributor. Delivery is then either made directly from there to you or first to us and then on to you.

Items from abroad
If we have to procure an item procure an item from abroadthe delivery time may be delivery time may be extended by a few daysdepending on the transport route, means of transport and customs clearance.

Note on availability
We cannot give a binding availability guarantee. Should an item displayed be out of stock in the meantime, we will contact you immediately to show you alternatives.
If you do not require a replacement, we will usually refund the purchase amount within 24 hours.

Shipping is usually carried out by Swiss Post as an economy parcel (B Mail). In addition to Swiss Post, the distributors also work with DHL, DPD and other shipping companies.

For ecological reasons, we use used cardboard boxes wherever possible. We ask for your understanding if your order is delivered in such packaging.

We also pay attention to sustainability when it comes to filling material: We do without it wherever possible and only use it sparingly and when absolutely necessary.

A and B Mail order by 11.30 a.m., dispatch on the same day

B Mail

• Delivery usually within 2-3 working days from Monday to Friday, no Saturday delivery
• Delays possible due to regional or general public holidays
• Note: For test skis, the ski base is prepared again before dispatch. → This can extend the delivery time by 1-2 additional days.

In rare cases, it may happen that an item is no longer available at the time of your order or the delivery date has been postponed. We ask for your understanding and thank you very much. We will of course inform you immediately. In this case, you will of course decide whether you wish to accept our proposal or whether we should refund the amount. A refund will usually be made within 24 hours.

E-MTBs and mountain bikes are generally not dispatched, but must be collected on site in Klosters (Graubünden). Your advantage: The bike is adjusted to your size and weight and explained in detail.

• Second-hand test bikes: available in 1-5 days

We also offer other shipping methods such as Mond Express on request. You must pay the shipping costs in advance.
