A warranty claim can be processed differently depending on the item and manufacturer. In any case, please contact us first so that we can coordinate the next steps together.

Depending on the manufacturer, we will let you know where the item should be sent for the warranty check. The subsequent clarification will be carried out by the respective manufacturer. The manufacturer will decide whether it is a warranty claim and whether a replacement item will be provided, a repair carried out or the warranty claim rejected.

Report the warranty claim in advance by e-mail to shop@andrist-sport.ch. We will inform you about the further procedure and the return address.

Please return the goods cleaned. We cannot hand over uncleaned goods to the manufacturer; otherwise we will charge CHF 50 for cleaning or send the goods back uncleaned.
