Exchange / Right of return / Right of cancellation / Refusal of acceptance

Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about exchanges, returns, guarantees and cancellation rights.

Please report the return within 6 days of receipt by e-mail to shop@andrist-sport.ch.

After our confirmation, please send the goods to the address given (in some cases a registered letter is required).


Requirements for a return:

  • The goods must be unused and in perfect condition.
  • Please return the goods in their original packaging. Do not stick any labels on the original box and do not glue them on.
  • Enclose a delivery note or a copy of the delivery note.
  • Returns must be made within 6 days (the postmark is decisive) to the address specified by us. We will deduct CHF 10.00 from the amount paid for returns sent to the wrong address.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for orders and returns of an article. We will refund the amount amount paid less a lump sum for our shipping costs. Standard articles: CHF 10.00; skis: CHF 30.00.
  • If you order several identical items and do not wish to keep them all, the refund will be made as follows:
    - If you order two identical items and return one of them, we will refund the full purchase amount for the returned item.
    - If you order more than two identical items and return several of them, we will refund the full purchase amount minus a flat-rate delivery charge of CHF 10.00.
    - Exception: skis: we will deduct a flat-rate delivery charge of CHF 30.00 for our delivery charges.
  • Refund if you order several items and wish to return them all . We will refund the amount paid less a flat rate for our shipping costs of CHF 10.00 or CHF 30.00 for skis.

The customer bears the return costs. If the customer refuses to accept the return, the buyer bears the entire postage costs.

Yes, of course you can exchange an item if it does not suit you. Please report your exchange request within 6 days of receipt of the goods by e-mail to shop@andrist-sport.ch. We will then let you know where you can return the item.

The item must be in perfect and unused condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the delivery note.

The postage for the return is to be paid by the customer.

If a parcel is not accepted, the entire postage costs shall be borne by the customer.

As soon as we have received the item, we will send you the new item if it is available. If it is not available, we will discuss the next steps together to find a suitable solution for you.

If you wish to exchange one item for another, you may incur additional or reduced costs:

  • Additional costs: If the price of the desired replacement item is higher than the item originally purchased, you will be responsible for the difference. Payment must be made before the exchange is finalised.
  • Lower costs: If the price of the replacement item is lower than the original purchase price, the difference will be refunded to you as a credit note or refund. The type of refund will depend on the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that additional shipping or handling charges may apply depending on the reason for exchange and individual agreement. For skis, we charge a flat rate of CHF 30.00 for an exchange, provided the reason for the exchange is not our fault. Thank you for your understanding.

If the goods have been damaged during shipping, please report this within 48 hours by e-mail to shop@andrist-sport.ch (with photos and order number).

Yes, you can cancel your purchase within 6 days of receipt.

Please write to shop@andrist-sport.ch in advance. We will confirm the cancellation and provide you with the return address (registered mail in some cases).

Return within 6 days (postmark), unused, in perfect condition, original packaging, with delivery note/delivery note copy.

You bear the return costs; the refund will be made after checking less our flat-rate postage charge (CHF 10.00, ski CHF 30.00).

Unfortunately, we are forced to introduce a refusal to accept returns. The reason for this is that the applicable return and returns regulations have repeatedly not been complied with, resulting in additional costs for both us and our suppliers. We therefore reserve the right to refuse returns and not issue refunds if any of the following situations occur. We will, of course, examine each individual case carefully:

  • The return is made without prior notice of return to us or the supplier.
  • The return is received by us or the supplier later than six days after receipt of the goods (the postmark is decisive).
  • The return issent back to the wrongaddress.
