Report the return within 6 days of receipt by e-mail to shop@andrist-sport.ch.
After our confirmation, send the goods to the specified address (registered mail required in some cases).
Requirements for returns:
- Goods must be unused and in perfect condition
- In original packaging, please do not stick a label on the original box
- Enclose a copy of the delivery note/delivery note
- Return to the address you received from us
- Dispatch within 6 days (postmark)
Refund:
- Refund if you have ordered an item and wish to return it item. We will refund the amount paid amount less a lump sum for our shipping costs.
Standard articles: CHF 10.00; skis: CHF 30.00. - Refund if you have ordered several items but do not wish to keep them all: We will refund the full purchase amount of the returned items.
- Refund if you have ordered several items and wish to return them all . We will refund the amount paid minus a flat rate of CHF 10.00 for our delivery costs.
Return costs are to be borne by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the return, all postage costs will be charged to the customer.
Yes, of course you can exchange an item if it does not suit you. Please report your exchange request within 6 days of receipt of the goods by e-mail to shop@andrist-sport.ch. We will then let you know where you can return the item.
The item must be in perfect and unused condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the delivery note.
The postage for the return is to be paid by the customer.
If a parcel is not accepted, the entire postage costs shall be borne by the customer.
As soon as we have received the item, we will send you the new item if it is available. If it is not available, we will discuss the next steps together to find a suitable solution for you.
If you wish to exchange one item for another, you may incur additional or reduced costs:
- Additional costs: If the price of the desired replacement item is higher than the item originally purchased, you will be responsible for the difference. Payment must be made before the exchange is finalised.
- Lower costs: If the price of the replacement item is lower than the original purchase price, the difference will be refunded to you as a credit note or refund. The type of refund will depend on the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that additional shipping or handling charges may apply depending on the reason for exchange and individual agreement. For skis, we charge a flat rate of CHF 30.00 for an exchange, provided the reason for the exchange is not our fault. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes, you can cancel your purchase within 6 days of receipt.
Please write to shop@andrist-sport.ch in advance. We will confirm the cancellation and provide you with the return address (registered mail in some cases).

You bear the return costs; the refund will be made after checking less our flat-rate postage charge (CHF 10.00, ski CHF 30.00).
Unfortunately, we are forced to introduce a refusal to accept returns. The reason for this is that the applicable return and returns regulations have repeatedly not been complied with, resulting in additional costs for both us and our suppliers. We therefore reserve the right to refuse returns and not issue refunds if any of the following situations occur. We will, of course, examine each individual case carefully:
- The return is made without prior notice of return to us or the supplier.
- The return is received by us or the supplier later than six days after receipt of the goods (the postmark is decisive).
- The return issent back to the wrongaddress.
