Exchange / Right of return / Right of withdrawal

If you do not want to keep an article, write us a request by mail and we will confirm the right of return. Send us this item within 6 days (shipping postmark) in perfect and unused condition in the original packaging by registered mail back for credit. We will refund the total amount you paid minus our postage costs.

We guarantee our customers the delivery of products in perfect condition. Please note that we therefore cannot take back used items.

If the goods were damaged during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours by email info@onlineretail.ch.

Refusal to accept: The complete postage costs will be charged to the buyer.
