We are a family-run business operating six shops in the premier holiday destination of Davos / Klosters. Our team consists of sports enthusiasts and friendly people. To strengthen our team in Klosters, Davos and on the Weissfluhjoch, we are looking for communicative, customer-focused and dynamic sales personalities to join us in the autumn or by agreement.
Retail Specialist in Textiles & Footwear (m/f/d) 60% – 100%
You are a lively and dynamic sales professional specialising in textiles, footwear and accessories. You have experience in the textile, footwear or sports industry, but training can also be provided. Apprenticeship graduates are also very welcome.
Retail Specialist (m/f/d) – Hardware Sales and/or Hire (80–100%)
You are a winter sports enthusiast with a cheerful and outgoing personality, and you enjoy advising our international holidaymakers and locals on the purchase or hire of winter sports equipment in the areas of alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, ski touring and freeriding.
Retail Specialist (m/f/d) – Snowboard/Freeride Sales and Hire – 80–100%
As a keen snowboarder and/or freerider, you’ll enjoy advising our international guests and locals on the purchase or hire of snowboard and freeride equipment. Thanks to your outgoing and cheerful personality, you’ll make their visit to us a memorable experience.
Retail Specialist (m/f/d) – Cross-Country Skiing Sales and/or Hire (80–100%)
With your enthusiasm for cross-country skiing, your friendly nature and your engaging manner, you will assist our international holidaymakers and local residents with the purchase or hire of cross-country skiing equipment.
Ski Service Technician (m/f/d) 80–100%
With your manual dexterity and technical know-how, you will carry out servicing work on skis, snowboards, and touring, freeride and cross-country equipment in our bright workshop using the latest Wintersteiger machinery. Repairs to snow sports equipment will also form part of your daily routine. With your meticulous and precise approach to work, you’ll ensure that our customers are always optimally equipped.

Fashion Consultant & Sportswear Sales Assistant (m/f/d) 80–100%
You have a flair for people, materials and styles, and are an experienced, communicative, customer-focused and dynamic sales professional. You have professional experience in the fashion and/or sportswear industry and look forward to advising our international guests and local customers in German and English.
