LOWA AMPLUX 2 GTX - dynamics & control for technical trails
The AMPLUX 2 GTX trail running shoe has been further developed in collaboration with athletes from the LOWA TRAIL RACERS team and taken to a new level. The LOWA® DYNAEVA® midsole consisting of two different degrees of EVA hardness, the carbon-reinforced shank and the heel section have been optimised to perfect the shoe's cushioning and rolling properties. Thanks to the perfect blend of cushioning and propulsion, comfort and performance, the AMPLUX 2 GTX impresses with its balanced running behaviour and versatility. - 4. What is the refund procedure?

Please report the return within 6 days of receipt by e-mail to shop@andrist-sport.ch.
After our confirmation, please send the goods to the specified address(es) (in some cases a registered letter is required).
Requirements for a return:- The goods must be unused and in perfect condition.
- Please return the goods in their original packaging. Do not stick any labels on the original box and do not glue them on.
- Please enclose a delivery note or a copy of it.
- The return must be sent within 6 days of delivery to the address address specified by us specified by us. If the return is sent to the wrong address, we will have to deduct CHF 10.00 from the amount.
Refund:

Availability
Most of our range is available from stock and ready for dispatch within 24 hours. As a rule, you will receive your order within 2 to 3 working days (B Mail).
Direct delivery from the distributor
If we do not have an item in stock ourselves, we will order it from our supplier. Delivery will then either be made directly from there to you or first to us and then on to you.
Items from abroad (with the exception of hunting clothing)
Ifwe have toprocurean item from abroad, the delivery time may be extended by a few days, depending on the transport route, means of transport and customs clearance.
Note on availability
We cannot give a binding availability guarantee. If an item displayed is out of stock in the meantime, we will contact you immediately to show you alternatives.
If you do not require a replacement, we will usually refund the purchase amount within 24 hours.
Shipping is usually carried out by Swiss Post as an economy parcel (B Mail). In addition to Swiss Post, our distributors also work with DHL, DPD and other shipping companies.

For ecological reasons, we use used cardboard boxes wherever possible. We ask for your understanding if your order is delivered in such packaging.
We also pay attention to sustainability when it comes to filling material: we do without it wherever possible and only use it sparingly and when absolutely necessary.

Yes, of course you can exchange an item if it does not suit you. Please report your exchange request within 6 days of receipt of the goods by e-mail to shop@andrist-sport.ch. We will then let you know where you can return the item.
The item must be in perfect and unused condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the delivery note.
The postage for the return is to be paid by the customer.
If a parcel is not accepted, the entire postage costs shall be borne by the customer.
As soon as we have received the item, we will send you the new item if it is available. If it is not available, we will discuss the next steps together to find a suitable solution for you.
If you wish to exchange one item for another, you may incur additional or reduced costs:
- Additional costs: If the price of the desired replacement item is higher than the item originally purchased, you will be responsible for the difference. Payment will be made before the exchange is finalised.

A warranty claim can be processed differently depending on the item and manufacturer. In any case, please contact us first so that we can coordinate the next steps together.
Depending on the manufacturer, we will let you know where the item should be sent for the warranty check. The subsequent clarification will be carried out by the respective manufacturer. The manufacturer will decide whether it is a warranty claim and whether a replacement item will be provided, a repair carried out or the warranty claim rejected.
Report the warranty claim in advance by e-mail to shop@andrist-sport.ch. We will inform you about the further procedure and the return address.
Please return the goods cleaned. We cannot hand over uncleaned goods to the manufacturer; otherwise we will charge CHF 50 for cleaning or send the goods back uncleaned.
Unfortunately, we are forced to introduce a refusal to accept returns. The reason for this is that the applicable return and returns regulations have repeatedly not been complied with, resulting in additional costs for both us and our suppliers. We therefore reserve the right to refuse returns and not issue refunds if any of the following situations occur. We will, of course, examine each individual case carefully:
- The return is made without prior notice of return to us or the supplier.
