1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all orders, deliveries and services provided by Andrist Sport AG.
By placing an order on our website, by telephone or in-store, you agree to these GTC.
Any deviating agreements are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by Andrist Sport AG.

2. Payment methods
We offer the following payment options:

• MasterCard
• VISA Card
• PostFinance Pay
• PayPal
• Prepayment (e-banking)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

For orders paid by prepayment (e-banking), you will find our bank details in the confirmation email or under the ‘Payment’ section.
Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment has been received.

3. Delivery charges (Switzerland & Liechtenstein)

• For orders totalling CHF 50 or more, we offer free delivery via B-Post.
• For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a packaging and postage fee of CHF 10.–.

4. Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.

5. Express deliveries
Express deliveries are only available upon specific request.
The additional costs are borne in full by the recipient.

6. Warranty
Warranty claims are handled directly through Andrist Sport AG’s official partners.
Please contact us in advance by email at shop@andrist-sport.ch so that we can clarify the next steps.

7. Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation
If you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:

7.a. Notifying us of a return

• Please send us an enquiry by email within 10 days of receiving the goods (date of postmark applies).
• Once we have confirmed this, you may return the item.

7.b. Conditions for returns

• The goods must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging (not sealed).
• In exceptional cases, returns mustbe sent by registered post , subject to prior agreement.

7.c. Refund

• Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the amount you paid, minus our delivery charges, as soon as possible. We aim to process your refund within 24 hours (working days) of receiving the goods.

7.d. Exceptions

• Items that have already been used cannot be returned.

1. Bespokeproducts are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7.e. Damaged delivery:
If the goods have been damaged during dispatch, please report this by email to shop@andrist-sport.ch within 48 hours of receipt .

7.f. Refusal of delivery:
If parcels are not accepted by the recipient, all delivery costs shall be borne by the buyer.

8. Damage during transport
Any damage occurring during transit must be reported immediately to the relevant authority (e.g. the post office or courier).
Please also inform us by email at the same time.

9. Changes toprices, colours and specifications
All prices are subject to change.
We reserve the right to make changes to colours, prices and technical specifications at any time.
Subject to printing errors and omissions.

10. Delivery (Switzerland & Liechtenstein)

• The majority of our range is in stock and is prepared for dispatch within 24 hours.
• The standard delivery time is 1–3 working days.
• If an item needs to be reordered, the delivery time will be extended by 1–2 working days.

Liability for delivery times:

• We are only liable for delivery times that have been expressly confirmed in writing as binding.
• If a binding delivery deadline is exceeded, you may set a reasonable grace period or withdraw from the contract.

11. Data Protection
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously.

• The data stored is used exclusively for order processing and is not passed on to third parties, except to service providers such as the post office or a courier company, which are necessary for delivery.
• Credit card details are not stored.
• Weuse cookies to simplify your shopping experience.

12. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

• The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
• A contract is only concluded once we have confirmed your order in writing by email.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

13. Unavailable items
Should an item no longer be available, we will inform you immediately and suggest an equivalent replacement.
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will refund the amount already paid in full.

14. Jurisdiction and applicable law

• Swiss substantive law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Klosters, Switzerland.
