Payment and refund
Payment processing is carried out by our partner company, Online Retail GmbH.
To ensure that your payment goes smoothly, we recommend that you have your payment method - such as credit card or payment app - ready before the payment process.
If, for example, the payment is cancelled because you have waited too long or a technical error occurs, you can easily complete it later:
- To do this, open the order confirmation you received by email.
- There you will find a link that you can use to conveniently continue the payment.
- If you wish, you can also select a different payment method.

The easiest is to use the QR code which displayed after completing the order is displayed.
- Simply scan the code with your banking app - all payment details will be transferred automatically.
- You will also find the QR code in the PDF attachment to the order confirmation that you receive by email.

You can make additional payments easily and conveniently via QR code at onlineretail.payrexx. There you can select your preferred payment method such as TWINT, MasterCard, Visa Card, PostFinance Pay, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
An additional payment is required, for example, if you select a different item that is more expensive than the item you originally ordered and paid for.

Please report the return within 6 days of receipt by e-mail to shop@andrist-sport.ch.
After our confirmation, please send the goods to the specified address(es) (in some cases a registered letter is required).
Requirements for a return:
- The goods must be unused and in perfect condition.
- Please return the goods in their original packaging. Do not stick any labels on the original box and do not glue them on.
- Please enclose a delivery note or a copy of it.
- The return must be sent within 6 days of delivery to the address address specified by us specified by us. If the return is sent to the wrong address, we will have to deduct CHF 10.00 from the amount.
Refund:
- If you have ordered an item that you would like to return, we will refund the amount to you. amount minus a lump sum of CHF 10.00 or CHF 30.00 for skis.
- If you have ordered several identical items and do not wish to keep them all, the refund will be made as follows:

- If more than two items are ordered, the items concerned will be refunded. A flat-rate deduction of CHF 30.00 will be made for skis. - If you have ordered several items and wish to return them all , you will receive a refund of the amount minus a lump sum of CHF 10.00 or CHF 30.00 for skis.
The customer bears the return costs. If the customer refuses to accept the return, the buyer bears the entire postage costs.
The amount will be refunded in the same way (i.e. with the same payment method) as the payment was made.
