ATOMIC Backland 95 + Skin 95 (25/26)
The Atomic Backland 95 is an all-round touring ski that is at home anywhere on the mountain. It offers an excellent combination of low weight and sufficient waist width – for climbing efficiency and top stability on all lines. Its new construction is based on the original Backland, but has been made with more materials with lower CO2 emissions: more poplar wood, but less fiberglass and resin, as well as waste-reducing sidewalls. This has reduced CO2 equivalent emissions (compared to the Backland 85 from 2021) by 30%. The All-Terrain Profile with its special ratio of wood and fiberglass ensures strong climbing efficiency and downhill performance on harder snow. The thickness of the ski has been changed, increasing its torsional stiffness.
