SHELL: A feature of the C.A.S. shell is the anatomical shape that precisely follows the shape of the foot. This enables a better out-of-the-box fit. The small indentations on the shell reduce surface tension and make it easier to warm up, which simplifies the adjustment of the shell. The shell material ensures that the fit is maintained for a long time.C.A.S. LINER: The shape of the C.A.S. liner follows the anatomical shape of the foot, ensuring maximum comfort and optimum heel hold. The liner is made of dual-density microcell material, which is durable and easy to adjust. For a perfect fit, the C.A.S. liner can be further customised to the shape of the foot by thermoforming, pressing and grinding.NEW T-DRIVE 2.0: Tecnica's new T-Drive 2.0 connects the shell to the upper in a new and innovative way. innovative way with the shaft. The shaft can rotate slightly at the front the front, which improves power transmission to the front of the boot where skiers need it most. With our new T-Drive system, we have reduced the deformation of the shell shell - which results in a consistent flex behaviour regardless of the temperature. The aim is to give skiers more freedom in controlling the boot.
The MACH1 LV 130 TD GW delivers maximum performance on the piste. The low-volume model for narrow feet has a 98 mm wide last. The C.A.S. technology offers maximum customisation options for an optimum fit, allowing the shell and inner boot to be individually adapted to the foot thanks to thermoformable material. A 130 flex ensures the greatest possible fun on the piste. To transfer power precisely, Tecnica has developed T-Drive technology, a lever that connects the shaft and shell and improves energy transfer. The GripWalk sole provides optimum grip on the trails.Highlights:Customisable liner: High Performance - Full C.A.S. - C.A.S. LINER: C.A.S. is a pioneering innovation in ski boots in terms of fit and customisation. The liners are anatomically shaped and guarantee optimum comfort and the best heel hold. They are modelled after the foot on the inside, while the outside is perfectly matched to the shell. The material made of microcells in two densities is durable and easily customisable. C.A.S inner shoes are less prone to deformation and retain their fit for longerT-DRIVE DRIVE PRECISION: The vertically installed carbon layer of T-Drive connects the shaft end with the shell and thus ensures a longer lever compared to conventional ski boots: faster edging, better lateral power transmission and stability, more precise edgingLIFT LOCK BUCKLES: With the innovative Lift-Lock system, the buckles can be opened wide and positioned away from the ski boot so as not to hinder entry and exit for the footQUICK INSTEP: An extended area of soft plastic is fitted over the instep, making it easier to open the shell and get in and out of the boot.
With a last of 100 mm, the new Mach1 MV 120 TD GW is ideal for medium-width feetWith the T-Drive technology, all options are open to the wearer: The carbon connection between the shaft and shell enables even faster edging, better lateral power transmission and precise skiing on the edges. Thanks to the integrated GripWalk system, skiers can also rely on the boot's optimum grip on foot. The anatomically moulded shell reflects the shape of the inner boot. This in turn is modelled on the anatomy of the foot. The boot can also be customised to each foot at the specialist retailer using C.A.S. technology. The QR code on the ski boot provides recycling partners with precise information about the composition of the material at the end of its life cycle, enabling them to produce high-quality 2nd generation raw materials.Highlights:Sizes: 240 - 310 Weight (half pair): 1970 g Last: 100 Volume MV Flex 120Customisable liner: Ecodesign - Performance - C.A.S.- Celliant®- Floating Tongue Soles: ISO 23223 Gripwalk Shell: PU - Quick Instep Cuff: PU Buckles: 4 Micro Adjustable Aluminium with Lift Lock Powerstrap: 45mm Strap Template: 13.3°Features:C.A.S. With the Mach1 MV LTD TD GW, Tecnica......maximum performance on the piste with a premium look. Precision, power transmission and comfort are optimally combined in this model. The T-Drive technology, a dynamic carbon plate on the back that connects the shell and shaft, extends the lever. This means that power is transferred to the edges faster and more precisely. The Mid Volume model with a last of 100 millimetres is the ideal choice for skiers with normal width feet. If the boot doesn't fit right out of the box, the shell, inner boot and tongue can be customised to each foot using Tecnica's C.A.S system. The GripWalk sole provides the best grip on the trails. Tecnica has also developed the boot according to the principles of eco design: the shell and liner are made from PVC-free, recycled and less complex materials without compromising on performance. A QR code on the shell provides important information on the material composition so that the ski boot can be professionally recycled and the recovered material can be reused in ski boot production.
