GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. payment methods
You have the following payment options:

After receiving your order with the note prepayment (e-banking) you will find our bank details in the confirmation email or under "Payment". After receipt of payment, we will send you the ordered goods immediately.

2. Shipping costs (Switzerland/Liechtenstein)
We deliver PORTOFREE to your door from an order value of CHF. 50.-.
For orders under CHF 50.- we charge you a packaging & delivery fee of CHF. 10.- (B-Post)

3. Minimum order value
We have no minimum order value.

4Express
Express deliveries are only made on request and the costs are borne by the recipient.

5. Guarantee
Guarantee cases are handled by the official partners.

6. Exchange / right of return / right of cancellation
If you do not wish to keep an item, please send us an email request and we will confirm your right of return. Send us this article within 6 days (dispatch postmark) in perfect and unused condition in the original packaging by registered post for credit. We will refund the total amount paid by you minus our postage costs.
We guarantee our customers the delivery of flawless products. Please note that we are therefore unable to take back used items.
If the goods have been damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours by email at info@andrist-sport.ch

Refusal to accept delivery: The full postage costs will be charged to the buyer.

7. Damage
Damage occurring during shipping must be reported immediately to the delivering authority, e.g. post office, railway, etc.

8. Changes to specifications
We reserve the right to change prices, colours and technical specifications at any time. Errors in price and technical specifications excepted.

9. Delivery (Switzerland/Liechtenstein)
The majority of our range is available from stock and ready for despatch within 24 hours. We always endeavour to deliver the ordered goods to you as quickly as possible within 2 to 3 working days. If we have to reorder the desired item from one of our partners, we need an additional 3 to 4 working days. Dispatch in Switzerland takes 2 working days.
We are only liable for compliance with the dispatch and delivery times specified by us if these have been expressly designated by us as binding on the order confirmation. If a binding dispatch or delivery date is exceeded, the customer is free to set a grace period or withdraw from the contract immediately.

10. Data protection articles
The data stored by you is used exclusively for more convenient order processing so that you do not have to enter it again the next time you make a purchase (cookies). Credit card numbers are not stored. Your data will neither be sold nor made accessible to third parties, except to any subcontractors for the purpose of delivery (parcel post or forwarding agents).

11. Validity of the terms and conditions
The deliveries, services and offers of ANDRIST Sport AG are made exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again. These terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted upon ordering the goods or services.

12. Offer and conclusion of contract
Orders are only binding for ANDRIST Sport AG after written confirmation. These will only be issued on express request.
We reserve the right not to fulfil an order without giving reasons.

13. Items no longer available
If we can no longer supply an item, we will contact you and suggest an equivalent replacement. If you cannot find a replacement, we will immediately refund the amount already paid.

14. Place of jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Klosters.
