Prepayment:
When paying in advance, you make your payment to our PC account via QR code or online banking via your bank or post office. The payment information can also be found in the confirmation email that is automatically sent to you after the purchase.

Please always state your order number as a comment in the payment! You will NOT receive a payment slip by post. If you wish to make your payment at the post office counter, please fill out a blank red payment slip, which is available free of charge at all post offices.

If you pay in advance, your order will only be processed once the specified amount has been credited to our account. Due to limited stock quantities, individual items may be sold out and/or no longer in stock on the day of ordering.

Corporate customers:
Corporate customers and public institutions can be supplied against invoice after a credit check, payable net within 10 days. To do this, please contact us by telephone on +41 79 613 48 53 or by email at info@onlineretail.ch. In order to benefit from preferential conditions, the minimum order quantity is CHF 3000. We kindly ask you to place orders with a value of less than CHF 3000 directly in our online shop.
