Payment in advance:
When paying in advance, you make your payment on our PC account using a QR code or online banking via your bank or post office. You can also find the payment information in the confirmation email that is automatically sent to you after the purchase.

Please always state your order number as a comment in the payment! You will NOT receive a payment slip in the mail. If you want to make your payment at the post office, please fill out a blank red payment slip, which is available free of charge in all post offices.

If you pay in advance, your order will only be processed after the specified amount has been credited to our account. Due to limited stocks, individual items may already be sold out and/or no longer in stock on the day the order is placed.

Corporate banking:
Corporate customers and public institutions can be supplied against invoice after a credit check, payable net within 10 days. To do this, please contact us by phone on +41 79 613 48 53 or by email to info@onlineretail.ch. In order to be able to benefit from preferential conditions, the minimum order quantity is Fr. 3000.-. We ask you to process orders with a value of less than CHF 3000.- directly in our online shop.
