Availability

The majority of our range is available from stock and ready for dispatch within 24 hours. We always endeavour to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible within 2 to 3 working days.

Packaging and Transport

Shipping is usually via Swiss Post as an economy package. Orders over CHF 50.00 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE, for orders under CHF 50.00 we charge a packaging and delivery fee of CHF 10.00 (B-Post). For ecological reasons , we endeavor to reuse used cardboard boxes . We therefore ask for your understanding if your order is delivered in a used box (sustainability) . We also avoid filling material wherever possible or only use it when necessary and extremely sparingly.

delivery time

• B-Post: B-Post is usually delivered within two to three working days (Monday to Friday; no Saturday delivery). The delivery time may vary due to general and regional holidays. Please note that we prepare the ski base again before shipping test skis. This can affect the delivery time by an additional one to two days.
• A-Post: A-Post is usually delivered within one to two working days, including Saturdays. Please note that for test skis we prepare the ski base again before shipping. This can affect the delivery time by an additional one to two days.

Exception: E-MTBs and mountain bikes are not shipped, but must be picked up in Klosters / Graubünden. New bikes are usually ready in 1 to 2 weeks, used test bikes are usually ready in 1 to 3 days.
