Packing / Delivery
Availability
The majority of our range is available from stock and ready for dispatch within 24 hours. We always try to deliver the goods as quickly as possible within 2 to 3 working days.
Packing and transport
The shipping is usually done by the Swiss Post as an economy parcel. Orders over CHF 50.- will be shipped POSTFREE (B-Post), for orders under CHF 50.- we charge a packaging and delivery fee of CHF 10.-. For ecological reasons we try to reuse used cardboard boxes. We therefore ask for your understanding should your order be delivered in a used box (sustainability). We also refrain from using filling material wherever possible or use it only when necessary and extremely sparingly.
Delivery time
- B-Post: Delivery within three to four working days (Monday to Friday; no Saturday delivery). The time of delivery may vary due to general and regional holidays. Please note that for test skis, we prepare the ski base again before shipping. This may affect the delivery time by an additional day.
- A-Post: A-Post is usually delivered within two working days including Saturday. Please note that for test skis we prepare the ski base again before dispatch. This may affect the delivery time by an additional day.
- Exception: E-MTB and mountain bike are unfortunately not shipped, but must be collected in Klosters / Graubünden.

- Post Economy up to order value CHF 50.-: CHF 10.-
- Post Economy from order value CHF 50.-: Free of postage
- Post Priority up to order value CHF 50.-: CHF 16.50.-
- Post Priority from order value CHF 50.-: CHF 10.50.-
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, only deliveries within Switzerland and Lichtenstein are possible via the online store. For deliveries abroad please contact us.
